it's like when tax increase-a-wins have increased. --winds. the wins will die down as we head into the afternoon but temperatures will but by much. mid to upper 50s for most of us. in fact no 60s here. oakland one of the milder spots. 53 degrees or higher in fremont and 54 expected and sunnyvale. partly cloudy conditions but the clear skies by later on tonight are really going to add to the drastic drop in temperatures. right now, livermore is at 54 which is very mild for this time of year waking up tomorrow morning expect temperatures and the upper 20s. concord right now 53 degrees. we will cover just about the freezing mark within the next 24 hours. dress and extra layers. most of the bay area will be below freezing with the exception of san francisco currently not affected by the freeze watch. even though the freeze watched expires. will be dealing with very cold temperatures. that will carry us into the weekend. we will add more cloud cover and tackle and 20 to 30 percent chance of rain. that's what the store for us as we head into the wee
